1. What these terms cover

These terms cover salottothemag.com and every issue on it. The site is published by Frederick Design Studio, LLC, a California limited liability company (the publisher). Reading the site means you accept these terms. When they change, the new version is posted here with its date.

2. The pictures and the people in them

SALOTTO is a fashion and glamour magazine. Its models are fictional characters, and every picture of them is generated by a machine learning model from a written brief. Nobody shown in an issue is a real person, and any resemblance to one is unintended. Each picture carries the magazine's address and the credit FICTIONAL, AI-GENERATED along its edge.

3. For adults

The magazine is for adults. By reading it you say you are at least 18.

4. What belongs to whom, and what you may do

The issues, their pictures and words, the SALOTTO name and the site belong to the publisher. You may read the issues and share a link to any page. Anything more needs the publisher's written permission: copying, printing or posting the pictures, selling them, altering them or cutting the credit from their edge, or using them to advertise or endorse anything.

5. As they are

The site and its issues come as they are. The publisher does not promise that the site will always be available or free of error, and makes no other warranty. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for any loss or damage that arises from your reading or use of the site. Where the law does not allow such a limit, it does not apply to you.

6. Links

A page may link to another site. That site has its own terms and its own privacy practices, which the publisher does not control.

7. Copyright notices

Say which work is yours, where on the site it appears, how to reach you, and that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized. The agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office under Registration No. DMCA-1078906, and the publisher answers valid notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

8. The law that applies, and disputes

California law governs these terms. Except for a claim that fits in small claims court, you and the publisher agree to resolve any dispute about these terms or the site by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's consumer rules rather than in court, and each of you brings claims only on your own behalf, never as part of a class or representative action. Either side may ask the state or federal courts in Sonoma County, California, for an injunction, and you agree to their jurisdiction for that purpose.
